We provide our best estimate of the shipping time frame at checkout and in your order confirmation email. These dates are when we expect your order to leave our warehouse and are listed as business days. If there are delays, we’ll alert you as soon as we know. 

From there, shipping takes an additional 3-7 business days, depending on your proximity to the warehouse. You can confirm your timeline through the Look Up Order Status feature located at the bottom of the Burrow main page. 

Please note that business days are Monday through Friday and exclude bank holidays. Once your order is in the shipping carrier’s hands, delivery is out of Burrow’s control. However, if your order is lost or stolen, please email us at [email protected] for assistance.

We stand by our furniture with a warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year, starting on the date of delivery. There are no fees to repair, replace, or return an item that's covered by our warranty. Get in touch with our team to get the process started.

Please note that our warranty isn't transferrable; that is, it can't be extended to cover a re-sold item. Defects or damage caused by negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, improper cleaning, pet stains, or commercial purposes will not be covered by the Burrow warranty.

In addition to our 1-year manufacturer's warranty, we partner with a third-party company called Mulberry and sell a 3-year or 5-year warranty through them. This extended warranty does not include the 1-year coverage provided by Burrow and will be in addition to it. Please note that the cost is dependent on the warranty term and the amount spent on the furniture.

Our sofas are intended to be simple to clean. Scroll through to see specific cleaning instructions for your particular sofa. Please note that we never advise removing cushion covers for any reason or putting any component of your seating in the washer or dryer.

Indoor Furniture

Performance Basketweave: Chorus, Field, Mambo, Nomad, Range, Shift, Vesper 

Blot stains with a solution of warm distilled water and bleach (1 tablespoon of bleach per 4 cups of water). Allow to soak into the stain. If possible, place a towel between the cover and cushion to absorb any excess moisture. Thoroughly rinse with additional warm distilled water until clean. Allow to air dry.

Please note that using tap water instead of distilled may result in water stains. Do not machine wash, steam clean, iron, or remove covers for any reason. 


Performance Boucle: Field, Gimlet, Pica 

We recommend professional or DIY dry-cleaning. For a DIY approach, mix ¼ cup vinegar, ¾ cup warm water and 1 tablespoon of dish or castile soap. Put mixture in a spray bottle. Mist the soiled area. Scrub delicately with a soft cloth until the stain lifts. Allow the piece to dry completely before sitting on it again. 

Please note that using tap water instead of distilled may result in water stains. Do not machine wash, steam clean, iron, use bleach, or remove covers for any reason.


Performance Chenille: Ember, Field, Nomad, Union 

For day-to-day care, use a lint roller or a vacuum for dust, dander, and hair. For spills, absorb the excess with a clean towel, then blot with a solution of warm, distilled water and a mild detergent or dish soap such as Dawn dish soap. Dawn is recommended as it will pull any grease out of the stain. Rinse with a clean towel and additional distilled water. Allow to air dry. 

Please note that using tap water instead of distilled may result in water stains. Do not machine wash, steam clean, iron, use bleach, or remove covers for any reason.


Performance Flat Twill: Field 

For day-to-day care, use a lint roller or a vacuum for dust, dander, and hair. For spills, absorb the excess with a clean towel, then blot with a solution of warm, distilled water and a mild detergent or dish soap such as Dawn dish soap. Dawn is recommended as it will pull any grease out of the stain. Rinse with a clean towel and additional distilled water. Allow to air dry.

Performance Velvet: Nomad, Pica, Range

For day-to-day care, use a lint roller or a vacuum for dust, dander, and hair. To restore an even pile pattern, use the included velvet brush or your hand to brush the material in one direction. For spills, absorb the excess with a clean towel. If the contaminant has hardened, gently scrape away. Blot the area with a solution of warm, distilled water and mild detergent or dish soap such as Dawn dish soap. Dawn is recommended as it will pull any grease out of the stain. Rinse with a clean towel and additional distilled water. Allow to air dry.

Top Grain Leather: Field, Gimlet, Lodge, Mambo, Nomad, Vesper 

Keep out of direct sunlight and away from sharp objects. Dust regularly. Wipe up spills immediately. If necessary, you may use a cloth or sponge dampened with water to gently blot the area without force. Allow to air dry. 

Because of the special finish we use on our leather, we do not advise using any cleaning agents, even those specifically designed for leather. Do not use a hair dryer to speed dry time. Please note that using tap water instead of distilled may result in water stains. Do not machine wash, steam clean, iron, use bleach, or remove covers for any reason. 


Wood 

A light dusting should maintain your furniture on a regular basis. For spills, we recommend a gentle cloth and water within 12 hours of exposure. If you use a cleaning agent, only use products specifically made for use on wood or else you could damage the beautiful finish.


 

Outdoor Furniture 

Dunes: 

Fabric: For day to day care, remove hair and debris with a lint roller or a soft-bristled nylon brush. Soak up excess water with a microfiber or lint-free towel. For spills, absorb the initial spill with a clean towel. Spot clean with warm, distilled water and a mild detergent as soon as the stain occurs. We recommend Dawn dish soap as it will help pull any grease out of the stain. 

Do not use bleach solutions as they can affect the water-resistant treatment. We recommend utilizing furniture covers when not in use to minimize aging and provide protection from the elements. Do not machine wash, steam clean, iron, or remove covers for any reason. 

Teak: Out of the box, our teak is a honey brown color that naturally weathers to a beautiful silvery gray patina. This weathering process is to be expected and will vary depending on climate, exposure to the elements, and care and maintenance.

To maintain the out-of-the-box honey brown color, you may use Golden Care Teak Cleaner and Golden Care Teak Protector. Be careful to use these products according to their use instructions. For more information on our teak furniture, please see our article about Dunes


Relay: 

For day-to-day care, remove hair and debris with a lint roller or a soft-bristled nylon brush. Soak up excess water with a microfiber or lint-free towel. Clean the metal frequently with a sponge or soft-bristled brush, mild soap, and water. Pay special attention to the underside of furniture and weld joints. Avoid abrasive cleaners as they can take off the protective finish. We recommend utilizing furniture covers when not in use. 

For spills, absorb the initial spill with a clean towel. Spot clean with warm, distilled water and a mild detergent such as Dawn dish soap, which will pull any grease out of the stain. Bleach solutions are not recommended as they may affect the water-resistant treatment. Do not machine wash, steam clean, iron, or remove covers for any reason. 

While the exterior of the frame is powder coated, the inside is raw metal. As such, if condensation or rainwater collects inside the frame, you may see rust-colored water run out when you move your furniture. This rust is not corrosive, but can be prevented by covering your furniture when not in use, especially when expecting rain, snow, or ice.


If you don’t like your Burrow furniture, please fill out our Returns Form within 30 days of receipt. We’ll provide you with return labels for each of the boxes and schedule a pickup via FedEx.

More information can be found on our Returns page. Please note that there is a 10% fee for returns with original boxes and a 20% fee for returns without original boxes. If you no longer have your original packaging, please provide photos to demonstrate the condition of your product.

Yes! We offer a range of financing options, from 3, 6, and 12 months ranging from 0-30% APR, through our partnership with Affirm. You can prequalify for financing before checkout via this link. Prequalifying does not affect your credit score. At checkout select "Pay monthly with Affirm" to complete your application and receive your financing rates through Affirm. Once an order has been placed, it is automatically dropped into our workshops' queue and is not able to be edited. If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we can cancel your order and you can replace it with the correct details. 

If you need to cancel your order after it's been placed, reach out to us immediately at [email protected] with the subject line "Urgent - Edit Order # (your order number)" and we'll see what can be done.

Shipping & Assembly

At the moment, we only ship to the contiguous United States. We are always looking to expand, however, so be sure to sign up for our emails so we can let you know when we launch in your area!

Unfortunately, a specific delivery date cannot be chosen or guaranteed. The estimated shipping time frame is available on all product pages under the Add To Cart button and in your cart at checkout. From there, shipping takes an additional 3-7 business days, depending on your proximity to the warehouse.

All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and are delivered Monday through Friday. If you need to reschedule your delivery to a later date, please sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager to coordinate the change directly with FedEx.


By signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager's service, you can:

  • Receive tracking alerts
  • Track shipments
  • Sign for packages remotely
  • Provide delivery instructions and specify the location of drop off at your shipping address

While we're happy that customers outside of our current markets are excited to try Burrow, we do not offer freight forwarding services, nor do we partner with any particular company. We are unable to accept returns or send products outside of the continental United States, including replacements. If you choose to use a freight forwarder, we recommend inspecting your order prior to shipping.

We’re proud to offer products that are easy to assemble and require few or no tools! Because of this, we do not offer white glove, in-home delivery, or assembly services.

If you do need assistance with assembling, we recommend grabbing a friend to help out.

Nope, you do not have to be home. FedEx can leave the packages on your porch in front of your house, or at the apartment building lobby if you are not home. You can sign up for packages remotely by signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager.

Nomad Seating: 

Wondering how many boxes to expect? Generally, you’ll receive one more box than the number of seats you ordered, plus additional boxes for pieces like an ottoman or chaise. So if you ordered a standard 3-seat sofa with an ottoman, you’ll get 5 boxes. Each box weighs around 40 pounds and fits through just about any door.


Range and Field Seating:

Wondering how many boxes to expect? Generally, you’ll receive one box for each seat, plus additional boxes for pieces like an ottoman or table. All orders will ship with a separate leg box, too. Each seat box weighs around 50 pounds and fits through just about any door. All other boxes weigh between 10 and 20 pounds each.


Union Seating:

Generally, you’ll receive two boxes for each seat, plus additional boxes for pieces like an ottoman. All orders will ship with a separate leg box, too. Each seat box weighs around 50 pounds and fits through just about any door. All other boxes weigh between 10 and 30 pounds each.

 

Relay Seating: 

Generally, you’ll receive two boxes for each seat, plus additional boxes for pieces like an ottoman. All orders will ship with a separate leg box, too. Each seat box weighs around 30 pounds and fits through just about any door. All other boxes weigh between 10 and 20 pounds each.


Mambo Seating:

Generally, you’ll receive two boxes for each seat, plus additional boxes for pieces like an ottoman. All orders will ship with a separate leg box, too. Each seat box weighs around 60 pounds and fits through just about any door. All other boxes weigh between 20 and 40 pounds each.

 

Occasionally boxes are sorted onto separate trucks due to their size. We were not notified of this beforehand and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Because we ship all orders via FedEx Ground, if a package is lost or miss-delivered but marked as “delivered”, it is Burrow’s policy to open an investigation and offer product replacements.  We do not issue monetary refunds for lost or miss-delivered merchandise in lieu of replacements under any circumstances.

Nope! We ship all products as they become available. Any backordered items will ship as they become available. Should anything run later than estimated at checkout, we'll be sure to let you know as soon as possible.

Seating & Modularity

Modularity is the use of individually distinct functional units that can be combined together to create a larger system or function independently as single modules. Modularity allows for the units to be independently created, modified, replaced, or exchanged with other modules.

While many of our sofa lines are designed to be modular, please note that you will need specific components to achieve your desired seating configuration. We recommend confirming with our virtual sales team to ensure you have the correct components. Please email [email protected] to get started.

Our Dunes collection features FSC-rated teak, a premium wood ideal for outdoor furniture for its fungus, rot, and wood-boring insect resistance. This resistance is due to the natural oils in teak. Over time, this oil may surface as a result of exposure to the elements. Oil surfacing may appear as water stains on the wood and can occur multiple times before it naturally subsides.

When left outdoors, teak expands and contracts slightly as it acclimates to its environment. This separation of the grain can create small cracks called checking. Checking is cosmetic and does not affect strength or longevity of the furniture.

Out of the box, our teak furniture is a honey brown color that weathers to a beautiful silvery-gray patina. This weathering process can vary based on climate, exposure to elements, and maintenance and is to be expected. While the weathering process does not degrade the furniture’s performance, if you prefer to keep the out-of-the-box honey brown color, we recommend regular maintenance with Golden Care Teak Cleaner and Golden Care Teak Protector. Please follow use instructions for best results.

Both our Nomad and Range seating collections offer stain and scratch-resistant fabrics that pass rigorous mandatory durability testing to ensure they’re able to withstand whatever life brings.

At this time, additional components are not available for Relay or Dunes. Shift and Ember are not designed to be modular and cannot expanded.

The tufts are sewn into the foam so we do not recommend removing your sofa cushion covers. Please spot clean only!

You can change the legs on your Nomad, Range, Field, or Union sofa! Feel free to reach out to our team at [email protected] to get set up with your new legs.

Please note that legs may not be compatible across product lines. For example, Nomad legs can only be used for Nomad sofas.

All Nomad chaise lounges come with an extra seat cushion. The seat cushion is for your sofa and gives you the ability to remove the chaise lounge and only use the sofa portion should you want to.

If you own one of our Nomad sofas, you can expand with the purchase of a corner piece. You can also add as many modules as you'd like! Please reach out to our team at bhvirtualsales@burrow.com in order to verify the collection your seating piece is from and they’ll set you up with your new modules.


Our Nomad fabric back cushions have one tufted side and one flat side to give you the styling option. Our seat cushions however will be flat on both sides.

Our Nomad velvet and leather cushions do not have tufting. Leather cushions are not reversible.

Great news! Our furniture is modular, and the Nomad chaise is designed so that it can be moved to any side or spot you want it placed, with ease.

Our Nomad seating options come with (1) built-in 5-volt Stingray USB plug (no assembly necessary). The plug will always be found on the right arm of the seat when facing the furniture and is nestled between the arm and seat cushion. A removable adapter will plug into the port at the bottom extending an existing wall outlet.

Shelving and Tables

Our tables are all made in Poland, Vietnam, and India, and are shipped from various warehouse locations across the United States.

As with any hardwoods, we recommend wiping up all spills and dirt as soon as you can. However, the wood is treated with a protective stain to help fight against permanent rings and marks. If needed, you can clean the wood using a non-abrasive detergent and water. Be sure to dry thoroughly.  

After you’ve completed Part 3 of the Index Wall Shelf assembly, please follow these instructions to successfully install the non-drywall anchors.

*Tools Needed* (Both the Drill Bit and Wall Anchors can be purchased via Amazon here.

  • Masonry Drill Bit
  • 2 Concrete (Non-Drywall) Wall Anchors per shelf set

1. Drill two oversized holes through the poster’s indicated spots in the desired position. Remember, use the outer position for single shelves or vertically stacked shelves, or the inner position for horizontally arranged shelves. As a wise person once said, measure twice, cut once!

2. After you’ve drilled your holes, remove the poster. Hammer a non-drywall anchor into each of the two holes you just drilled.

3. Screw the *included* hanging (also known as “double-headed”) screws into the two non-drywall anchors.

Resume the assembly at Part 5 on the Index Wall Shelf assembly poster to complete the installation of your Index Wall Shelf.


The easiest way is to do one of the following: 

  • Knock on your wall. If there is a hollow sound, this means it is sheetrock.
  • Take a thumbtack and press it into your wall. If can do this easily, it is sheetrock.

The Index wall shelves can hold 90 LBS total or 30 LBS per shelf.


Beds & Bedding

Our Hybrid uses layers of LURAcor, Aerus+, and conventional polyurethane coam, along with foam-encased coils. The coils are individually wrapped pocket-coil units, designed with support in mind. For the cover of the mattress, the top portion is a knit fabric that is 90% polyester and 10% cooling nylon. The sides are 100% polyester. The bottom is 70% rayon and 30% polyester. 

Per United States law, which requires a flame retardant barrier between the foam and mattress cover, we have synthetic fire retardant fabric that complies with 16 CFR 1632 / 16 CFR 1633. Additionally, our foam meets the standard of CertiPUR-US certification, all state and federal Laws, and California Prop 65 Compliance. You can find us on CertiPUR-US’s list of participating companies here.

Our Lyric Hybrid mattresses are made in the U.S.A. with imported and domestic components.

All of our products go through rigorous durability testing to determine the longevity of each product. Currently, our Lyric Hybrid mattresses show minimal “break-in” over a 10-15-year testing simulation. Your Lyric mattress should only experience normal break-ins for the first 10 years minimum, and it will hold its integrity for many years longer. According to sleep experts, as our bodies age, they require different levels of support and comfort every 8-10 years – and therefore recommend replacing your mattress as needed to accommodate those changes.

We’re on a mission to help reduce furniture waste. That’s why we recommend donating or recycling your mattress to a local organization.

If you live in California and order a new Lyric mattress from Burrow, we’re able to pick up your existing mattress through our partner Sharetown. Please note that this will be one mattress pickup for one mattress delivery. 

We recommend keeping the Lyric Hybrid Mattress in its packaging for no longer than 6 months. If the mattress is kept in its packaging longer than 6 months, you may see degradation that could cause the mattress to have irregular indentations and cause discomfort.

For moving purposes, we do not recommend folding nor bending the Lyric Hybrid Mattress. Folding or bending a mattress creates pressure in the foam that could cause irregular indentations and cause discomfort. If you are looking for a way to transport the mattress, we suggest putting it on its side or lying down flat.  We even designed a convenient handle on the side of the mattress to help move it from place to place. 

No, we do not recommend removing the mattress cover from the mattress. However, you can add an additional mattress protector on top which can be removed. 

The Lyric Hybrid mattress arrives in a singular box and will be wrapped in plastic and vacuum-sealed. Once unwrapped, it will take at least 3 hours to expand and up to 36 hours to reach the intended firmness. 

We suggest rotating your mattress every 3-6 months – from the top to the bottom. However, it is designed to have a distinct top side and bottom side. Therefore, we do not recommend flipping your mattress.

Our Sijo sheets are made of 100% TENCEL™ lyocell fibers made from a blend of sustainably farmed eucalyptus and other wood sources. This material is naturally cooling, breathable, hypoallergenic, moisture-wicking, and antimicrobial to promote healthier sleep. Additionally, TENCEL™ lyocell fabric requires minimal water or fertilizers, making our production process both eco-friendly and safe. 

TENCEL™ lyocell textiles have a 300 thread count, which has a similar feel to 1000 thread count cotton. However, we do not focus on thread count for our bedding. It is a myth that higher thread counts are consistent with higher quality sheets, and the guidelines for thread count have not been formally outlined by the FTC. Not all materials use thread count as a measurement, and that is the case for our TENCEL™ lyocell fabric. We focus on other components, such as sustainability, production quality, softness, and comfort as quality markers, and put our energy into creating the best possible bedding products that meet these standards. 

We have carefully curated products into sets. The only items that can be purchased individually are duvet covers, duvet inserts, mattress protectors, and pillow inserts.

The sheets are batch-dyed with organic and plant-based dyes. The products are Oeka-Tex Certified, which guarantees that no harsh or harmful dyes or chemicals are used in the dyeing process or any other manufacturing process. 

The dye we use on our Eucalyptus bedding is a type of reactive dye that was designed specifically for lyocell fibers. It reacts with the fiber to create a covalent bond so the dyes become part of the fiber, leading to the best color fastness and most vibrant colors for this collection. 

The sheets are not fire-treated. In most cases, this requires a special chemical coating. Sijo tries to limit their use of chemical coatings, which may have potential skin irritants, in the creation of their products.  

No. While it is antimicrobial and hypoallergenic, it is not specifically designed for preventing bed bugs.

The weight capacity for both the Chorus Bed (including the wood & upholstered frame and headboard) is 700 lbs for the Full and 800 lbs for the Queen/King. 

Our Chorus headboard’s interlocking system is NOT universal and therefore cannot be combined with other brands’ frames.

Our upholstery is made with 100% polypropylene. The backing is made with vinyl and a needle punch coating.

Indoor Furniture

Performance Basketweave: Chorus, Field, Mambo, Nomad, Range, Shift, Vesper 

Blot stains with a solution of warm distilled water and bleach (1 tablespoon of bleach per 4 cups of water). Allow to soak into the stain. If possible, place a towel between the cover and cushion to absorb any excess moisture. Thoroughly rinse with additional warm distilled water until clean. Allow to air dry.

Please note that using tap water instead of distilled may result in water stains. Do not machine wash, steam clean, iron, or remove covers for any reason. 


Performance Boucle: Field, Gimlet, Pica 

We recommend professional or DIY dry-cleaning. For a DIY approach, mix ¼ cup vinegar, ¾ cup warm water and 1 tablespoon of dish or castile soap. Put mixture in a spray bottle. Mist the soiled area. Scrub delicately with a soft cloth until the stain lifts. Allow the piece to dry completely before sitting on it again.

Performance Chenille: Ember, Field, Nomad, Union

Performance Flat Twill: Field 

For day-to-day care, use a lint roller or a vacuum for dust, dander, and hair. Dawn is recommended as it will pull any grease out of the stain. Rinse with a clean towel and additional distilled water. Allow to air dry.

Performance Velvet: Nomad, Pica, Range

For day-to-day care, use a lint roller or a vacuum for dust, dander, and hair. To restore an even pile pattern, use the included velvet brush or your hand to brush the material in one direction. For spills, absorb the excess with a clean towel. If the contaminant has hardened, gently scrape away. Blot the area with a solution of warm, distilled water and mild detergent or dish soap such as Dawn dish soap. Dawn is recommended as it will pull any grease out of the stain. Rinse with a clean towel and additional distilled water. Allow to air dry.

Top Grain Leather: Field, Gimlet, Lodge, Mambo, Nomad, Vesper 

Keep out of direct sunlight and away from sharp objects. Dust regularly. Wipe up spills immediately. If necessary, you may use a cloth or sponge dampened with water to gently blot the area without force. Allow to air dry. 

Because of the special finish we use on our leather, we do not advise using any cleaning agents, even those specifically designed for leather. Do not use a hair dryer to speed dry time. Please note that using tap water instead of distilled may result in water stains. Do not machine wash, steam clean, iron, use bleach, or remove covers for any reason. 


Wood 

A light dusting should maintain your furniture on a regular basis. For spills, we recommend a gentle cloth and water within 12 hours of exposure. If you use a cleaning agent, only use products specifically made for use on wood or else you could damage the beautiful finish.


 

Outdoor Furniture 

Dunes: 

Fabric: For day to day care, remove hair and debris with a lint roller or a soft-bristled nylon brush. Soak up excess water with a microfiber or lint-free towel. For spills, absorb the initial spill with a clean towel. Spot clean with warm, distilled water and a mild detergent as soon as the stain occurs. We recommend Dawn dish soap as it will help pull any grease out of the stain. 

Do not use bleach solutions as they can affect the water-resistant treatment. We recommend utilizing furniture covers when not in use to minimize aging and provide protection from the elements. Do not machine wash, steam clean, iron, or remove covers for any reason. 

Teak: Out of the box, our teak is a honey brown color that naturally weathers to a beautiful silvery gray patina. This weathering process is to be expected and will vary depending on climate, exposure to the elements, and care and maintenance.

To maintain the out-of-the-box honey brown color, you may use Golden Care Teak Cleaner and Golden Care Teak Protector. Be careful to use these products according to their use instructions. For more information on our teak furniture, please see our article about Dunes


Relay: 

For day-to-day care, remove hair and debris with a lint roller or a soft-bristled nylon brush. Soak up excess water with a microfiber or lint-free towel. Clean the metal frequently with a sponge or soft-bristled brush, mild soap, and water. Pay special attention to the underside of furniture and weld joints. Avoid abrasive cleaners as they can take off the protective finish. We recommend utilizing furniture covers when not in use. 

For spills, absorb the initial spill with a clean towel. Spot clean with warm, distilled water and a mild detergent such as Dawn dish soap, which will pull any grease out of the stain. Bleach solutions are not recommended as they may affect the water-resistant treatment. Do not machine wash, steam clean, iron, or remove covers for any reason. 

While the exterior of the frame is powder coated, the inside is raw metal. As such, if condensation or rainwater collects inside the frame, you may see rust-colored water run out when you move your furniture. This rust is not corrosive, but can be prevented by covering your furniture when not in use, especially when expecting rain, snow, or ice.

A light dusting here or there should be all you need to keep your wood furniture in shape. Should there be a spill, make sure to clean it with warm water and a gentle cloth within 12 hours of exposure. If you use a cleaning agent, only use products specifically made for use on wood or else you could damage the beautiful finish.

Our upholstered Chorus bed is made with scratch- and stain-resistant fabric. But when small stains happen, blot the stain with clean, warm distilled water and bleach solution (ratio: 1 tablespoon of bleach to every 4 cups of water). Allow the solution to soak into the fabric. Let the fabric air dry. 

For marble, we recommend using warm water, a gentle cloth, and mild, non-abrasive soap to clean. You may also use a stone cleaner, but avoid products containing acid, including lemon juice or vinegar.

To remove smudges or marks from metal furniture, use a soft microfiber or glass cloth, household dish soap, and water.

For glass, we recommend your favorite streak-free glass cleaner.

Lyric mattress:

You may spot clean your mattress by dabbing warm water and mild soap on any stains. We do not recommend removing the mattress covers, machine washing, or using bleach. Our Sijo mattress protector can be added for extra protection.

We recommend rotating your mattress from the top to the bottom every 3-6 months. However, the mattress has a distinct top and bottom and as such should not be flipped.


Sijo bedding:

Machine wash your sheets with cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or steam, if preferred. You may dry clean them, but we recommend machine washing.

Any stains may be pre-treated with laundry detergent prior to washing. You may also use an in-wash booster such as Oxi-clean, but avoid bleach.

Your mattress protector and pillow insert are also machine washable. Use cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low and remove promptly. We recommend washing your pillow inserts and pillowcases separately.

Empire, High Noon, Ridge, Prairie Modern, Cape House, Desert Interval, Harvest Moon, Block Party, Scattered Showers, North Country, Morning Edition, & Sheet Music

This rug is made from recycled polyester, which is an extremely durable material. If a thread comes loose, snip it with scissors instead of pulling it.

  • Vacuum once or twice a week on a carpet setting, or with the beater bar off.
  • Keep your rug out of direct sunlight & occasionally rotate.
  • Use a high-quality carpet pad to reduce friction.
  • Firmly blot any spills immediately.
  • Don’t rub anything in!
  • If absolutely necessary, you can try a mild dish soap solution.
  • Don’t use any solvents or harsh cleaning agents, including products labeled “oxy.”
  • Don’t use any laundry detergents.

Empire & High Noon

This rug is made from 100% natural, undyed wool using traditional techniques, which means it needs a little extra care and attention. It may shed a little bit during the first few months. If a thread comes loose, snip it with a scissors instead of pulling the thread.

How to stop shedding 

  • Lightly vacuum your rug regularly, going with the grain of the pile and not against it.
  • Make sure not to use a heavy beater bar or have the vacuum on the setting closest to the ground.

Throw pillows may be machine washed. We recommend washing the cover and core separately. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low. Remove promptly. Spot clean all other accessories as quickly as possible with a rag dampened with cold water and nonabrasive laundry detergent.

No worries! You can cancel your order by emailing [email protected]. Be sure you put "Cancel" and your order number in the subject so we can prioritize your request. Please note that we only guarantee cancellations 24 hours after your order has been placed. If your request comes in more than 24 hours later, we cannot guarantee a cancellation, but are happy to coordinate a return. Returns may be subject to return fees in accordance with our return policy.

If you don’t like your Burrow furniture, please fill out our Returns Form within 30 days of receipt. We’ll provide you with return labels for each of the boxes and schedule a pickup via FedEx.

More information can be found on our Returns page. Please note that there is a 10% fee for returns with original boxes and a 20% fee for returns without original boxes. If you no longer have your original packaging, please provide photos to demonstrate the condition of your product.

Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment within 2 weeks of the completion of Burrow’s return process. Please note that refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment.

Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged by the customer with scratches, tears, stains, drilling, or any other modifications. We must receive the return request within 30 calendar days of product receipt, regardless of when it was opened. We require photos to confirm the condition of your product. Failure to comply with requests for photos may result in Burrow's refusal of return.

If you are considering returning any Burrow product, we recommend hanging onto your original packaging as returns without original packaging incur a higher return fee. You can flatten the boxes and store them under your Burrow until you are sure that it is a great fit!

Please note that your total amount refunded for the returned item(s) will take into account all applied discounts and taxes. In the case of partial returns, you will be refunded according to which discount ultimately applies for remaining qualified items, including, but not limited to, dropping to a new tier if the original purchase was made during a tiered promotion.
