What happens if my order is lost?Updated 4 months ago

If you believe that your order is lost, please reach out to [email protected].

Because we ship all orders via FedEx Ground, if a package is lost or miss-delivered but marked as “delivered”, it is Burrow’s policy to open an investigation and offer product replacements.  We do not issue monetary refunds for lost or miss-delivered merchandise in lieu of replacements under any circumstances.
