Sometimes, our most popular styles are temporarily backordered. While this is flattering for us, we understand how inconvenient it can be for you. Ongoing delays in production resulting from supply chain disruptions and increased demand have resulted in all of our seating, as well as some of our other products, shipping on delayed schedules. Its best to check the shipping times for the specific color, fabrication, and/or item you're interested in, before purchasing, so you know what to expect and can plan accordingly. Information on the shipping timelines for all Burrow products can be found under the 'add to cart' button, in your cart at checkout, in your order confirmation email, as well as on the Shipping and Delivery page on site.
Rest assured, if you placed an order that includes a backordered item, we’ll still send the in-stock items ASAP and the backordered item once it’s back in stock. It's also possible that we’ll experience further delays, depending on the capacity of our delivery partners. Get the latest details on fulfillment and delivery estimates here.
Please note that all of our furniture is delivered by FedEx, while some soft goods are delivered by UPS, DHL or USPS.
